Mackay U11 Carnival | 2024 |
Under 11's Representative Hockey
Under 11s representative hockey is open to players who are 11 years of age or under, as at 31st December in the year of competition.
Under 11 Representative Teams participate in the following carnivals:
- Hawthorn Shield against Cairns. This competition is held in Cairns and Townsville alternative seasons
- Mackay U11 Carnival on the first weekend of August each season. The carnival is a fun weekend and the perfect introduction for those players wanting to pursue representative ambitions
Selection trials will be arranged prior to the events and all selected players will be expected to attend all training sessions as required by the team coach and manager.
Parents of selected players are required to arrange their own transport and accommodation for the intercity commitments.
